Just 15 minutes from the centre of Aix-en-Provence, FUVOLEA is a property comprising a holiday home, a cottage and a 3000m2 garden. Altogether, the property can accommodate a family or group of friends of up to 10 people.
It is equipped to a very high standard, making it a practical and functional living space. There’s a cooking hob and extractor hood, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, juicer, barbecue, etc.
At night, so you don’t have to compromise on your rest, you’ll enjoy quality bedding; a Queen Size bed with a Bultex mattress and bunk beds with 90×200 cm mattresses. All rooms are air-conditioned.
The large bay windows, framed by the wrought iron so dear to Provence, open wide onto a terrace overlooking the swimming pool (heated from May to September).
The fully equipped kitchen has a revisited Aixois style in favour of a shabby chic decor.
These two living areas open onto a large, shaded terrace planted with trees and shrubs, ideal for long summer evenings. This is where the bell for the aperitif rings out and the barbecue heats up.
Upstairs, the sleeping area is divided as follows: 3 bedrooms (1 king-size bed with Tempur mattress, 1 queen-size bed with Bultex mattress and 1 trundle bed), a bathroom (double washbasin, bath and large walk-in shower), 1 separate toilet and a large dressing room/utility room.
The house has been furnished and decorated by Interior’s. There is air conditioning on each level.
The 3,000m2 garden has several century-old olive trees, mulberry-plane trees, cypress stricta, a large weeping willow, poplars, pampas, laurel, boxwood, rosemary, lavender and other flowers. Here, the emphasis is on relaxation.
Two sets of tables and chairs are available for meals with friends as well as two sets of garden furniture, several deckchairs and hammocks, a parasol and a gazebo.
Barbecue and utensils are available.
The 9x5m swimming pool (salt water) is heated from May to September.

Sleeps: 6 in the house and 4 in the cottage (10 in total when the property is rented). This capacity includes people of all ages. For safety reasons (pool), children under 5 years of age are not allowed.
An inventory of fixtures will be carried out and a security deposit will be requested.
Pets are not allowed.
Out of respect for the neighbours, parties and events are not permitted.
In 2024, FUVOLEA will be equipped with a universal charging point for electric or hybrid vehicles.

Strictly non-smoking accommodation. Unfortunately, fires are common in Provence. As the property backs onto a forest, we ask travellers wishing to smoke in the garden to use an ashtray.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is not fenced or locked but is equipped with an alarm. For safety reasons, we cannot allow children under 5 on the property. Please note that children remain the sole responsibility of their parents. Children who cannot swim must be equipped with floating aids (armbands, life jackets or swimming belts) to gain access to the pool and surrounding area. All children must remain under the constant supervision of their parents to ensure safe swimming.

A charming stay with Chris and Johan. Both are exceptionally kind and accommodating. The bed is very comfortable and of excellent quality, and the shower has high water pressure. We had an excellent family holiday. The accommodation is well-equipped, well-designed and clean. The outdoor space, especially the pool and surrounding area, is very pleasant. Christelle and her family are friendly and considerate. The kids just want to come back, which we'll be happy to do!
A visit to Christelle's home is like being among friends! The house has been recently redone and is super clean and well furnished, with a full kitchen. The washing machine was super convenient! We rented the little house opposite the Swimming pool in early April for a few days. I can only recommend this accommodation which is very well equipped, very functional and above all very clean! The bedding is excellent! The garden is beautiful and the hosts are really charming and attentive! Don't hesitate!
Visiting Provence for a few days, enjoy the magnificent scenery and beautiful mountain bike rides. Recently renovated and equipped with all comforts, excellent sleeping comfort, the residence is well located in a quiet environment with a pretty garden and swimming pool, just a stone's throw from Aix-en-Provence. Within walking distance there's also a good restaurant offering good value for money.
Superbe location. Lovely property with two separated houses in complete privacy from each other. Large, landscaped garden with some splendid olive trees. We rented the small house in front of the large pool. The accommodation was super clean and functional. The bedding is of really good quality, we slept well, and it was calm. The pool was heated at 26C, so we made the most of it. The owners are discreet, we didn’t see them much, but they were willing to discuss, especially when we needed ideas for visits and a restaurant for the 2nd evening. The only downside was that we would have liked a charging point for the car, but the owner told us it is planned for next year. We’ll be back with pleasure.
